Frequently Asked Questions

How long is a typical session?

The standard session is about 2 hours. Most customers are producing clean, repeatable parts by the end of that window.

Do you stay on the call until we make a good part?

Yes. “First good part” is the goal. We walk through temperatures, shot size, and clamp settings until you’re satisfied.

Will you help us purge and change materials?

That is not covered. We’ll explain the purging process with a cleaning resin (like HDPE).

Is on-site help available?

On-site startup is available in many U.S. locations on demand for a fee. For most users, remote commissioning is faster, less expensive, and fully effective.

Do I get documentation after the session?

Yes. You’ll receive a concise First-Part Report summarizing your final run parameters for training, and future reference.

Is this only for new machines?

It’s ideal for new APSX-PIM installs, but also helpful for new operators.
