With the APSX-PKR part picker, we provide a cost-effective entry into the world of process automation. The picker reaches from the back side into the mold area and grabs the sprue until the part separates from the mold. Subsequent separation and other manual handling tasks are completely eliminated, allowing for more economical production. Yes. You can use with both V2 and V3. Also the APSX-LSR V1 can benefit using this picker.

Do I need to modify my molds?

Not always. You may only need to create a sizeable sprue to hold on.

Will this work without a custom mold or 3D printed mold?

Yes—the kit is designed to pick parts out of all molds using the sprue or additional hold points.
