APSX-NANO Guide Bushing

Precision machined stainless steel guide bushings are available with different bore diameters.

The barstock diameter will be less than the guide bushing bore size. The optimum barstock fitment is at -0.0005" and -0.0003" range under the bore diameter.

• 2 inches long
• 1.25 inches OD for R20-2RS bearings
• Runout accuracy .0003" or less
• 1.25 - 28 thread for the nut
• 1/4 - 28 set screw holes

The plastic chip guard is included with the guide bushing orders.

The nut, the thin washer (to place it in between two bearings) and the two bearings are sold separately.
