Submit Your Part Drawing:

To kickstart the project, simply email us (info@apsx.com) with the STEP file for your part drawing. To initiate this process, a downpayment of $175 is required. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice at the project's conclusion.

Design Inspection:

Upon receiving your part drawing, we'll conduct a thorough design inspection to ensure that every detail is accounted for. We will give you a feedback about the part design and send you the final invoice for the mold.

Custom Mold Design:

Once the design inspection is complete and the payment for the final invoice is received, our team will begin crafting your custom mold.

Finalization and Delivery:

After the mold design is finalized and meets your approval, we'll proceed with manufacturing and testing. The lead time is typically 2-3 weeks.

Final Pricing

The cost of our custom mold design service typically ranges from $2500 to $5000, depending on the complexity of the part and mold features such as ejector system and number of cavities. Alignment pins, bushings and shoulder bolts are included.
The thread size for the temperature sensor on the side of the mold is M3.
