Return Process

If you purchased a product from APSX.com, we accept product returns up to 30 days after delivery, as long as the device is not damaged in any way.

Please send an email to info@apsx.com to get your RMA#. Indicate your name, address, product name and your order number. This Return Number is necessary to provide you satisfactory service in the return process.

Put every item into the original package. On the outside of the package, write your RMA# AND "Return Product/ APSX.com" .

Please follow these steps to expedite the return process. Otherwise, you will assume risk of loss of your product.

  • Refund Policy 

We refund the original price you paid plus tax, if applicable. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
